The non-governmental organization Public Movement “Social Unity” continues to carry out outreach work as part of the "Barrier Free Ukraine for the Deaf: Countering Violence against Women with Hearing Impairments” with the support of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, the Fund for Social Protection of the Disabled and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
On October 28, there will be an online training conference for women and girls with hearing impairments on combating domestic violence. Men are also invited to the discussion. The training conference will take place online on the Zoom platform.
Start at 16 o'clock. Duration – approximately 2 hours.
We want to help Deaf and Hard of Hearing women who have faced the problem of domestic violence, and tell them how to act and counteract it. Profile experts will answer the questions of the event participants in real-time. It will be interesting.
Representatives of the National Police of Ukraine, a psychologist, a lawyer, and other experts will take part in the training conference.
