People who move in wheelchairs on sidewalks or bicycle paths are equated to pedestrians, and if they move on the roadway, then they must move in the direction of traffic (on the far right lane or a separate bike path). But to get to the desired destination, they need to make a lot of effort or ask for help from family or friends. Currently, people in wheelchairs with engines are not road users so, in fact, they are deprived of the right to safe traffic.
