September 21 is the International Day of Peace.
This is a day of attention to the importance of peaceful coexistence and a ceasefire and violence is the goal of this day.
Our country is peaceful and has never waged aggressive wars of conquest or attacked other countries throughout its history. On the contrary, most of Ukrainian history is a defensive struggle for its independence and sovereignty.
It is love for our nation and people that gives us the strength to respond to aggression against Ukrainian lands and people.
On this day, we thank our defenders for keeping our country's cities peaceful despite missile threats.
Now the Ukrainian land is an arena of struggle. But we believe that the day will come when our victory will be a symbol of lasting peace – on the land, in actions and in hearts!
