It was established for rational employment and professional, labor, and social rehabilitation of people with various forms of disabilities, as well as for meeting social needs in the goods, work, and services produced by the community organization.

SIGN LANGUAGE SERVICE FOR THE DEAF AND HARD OF HEARING USERS
We use specialized licensed IT solutions to provide remote translation from/into sign language, that fully meet the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of April 25th, 2018 № 410 "On contracts on the medical care of the population under the program of medical guarantees" and the Order by the Ministry of Social Policy from May 6th, 2021 № 220 “On approval of the State standard of social sign language translation service” about ensuring translation into Ukrainian sign language (or from Ukrainian sign language). A successful example of the implementation of similar digital services that provide remote translation from/into sign language in health care facilities, launched in Kharkiv in 2020, has already been praised by the UN Monitoring Mission.

SERVICES OF SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETERS
Sign language interpreters employed by the community organization “Center of Social Business” can provide their services to the Customer in any convenient format. This can be an accompaniment of the event in sign language, going to the Customer's studio, streaming for online/live broadcasts of the event, where the interpreter adapts all the content to sign language in real-time.

ADAPTATION OF TEXT AND VIDEO CONTENT TO SIGN LANGUAGE
Sign language is not always a literal translation of a particular word. It is a visualization of "image" or "thought-form" accompanied not only by gestures but also by facial expressions. Many words, especially modern ones, do not exist in sign language. Therefore, some of them are simply impossible to translate without the use of the Ukrainian dactyl alphabet. Any content provided by the customer is translated into sign language and, if necessary, accompanied by an audio description (for Deaf people who do not speak sign language and for people with partial or complete loss of vision). It is transmitted in the format agreed with the Customer.

VIDEO PRODUCTION, CREATING NARROW-PROFILE VIDEO MATERIALS (SOCIAL, PROFESSIONAL, EDUCATION, INFORMATION VIDEOS ETC.)
We have more than 11 channels of communication with people with various forms of disabilities (reaching more than 1 million users). We have experience in shooting social videos. There are successful cases of creating training videos for commercial companies that are ready to employ people with different types of disabilities and form a knowledge base in video format, which is fully adapted to the perception of people with various forms of disabilities (including hearing and visual).

SEARCH AND SUPPORT OF THE SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE COMPANIES THAT ARE READY TO EMPLOY PEOPLE WITH VARIOUS FORMS OF DISABILITIES
There are more than 2.7 million people with various forms of disabilities in Ukraine. More than 80% of people with disabilities are of working age. But 60% of them face misunderstandings from employers. The non-governmental organization Public Movement “Social Unity” has created the National social portal VILNO!, where the project "Work VILNO!" was launched. The “Center of Social Business” has the opportunity to help employers find people with various disabilities for open vacancies, to ensure adaptation of jobs to the needs of employed people, to onboard and adapt staff, and to provide information services to the company that will facilitate the learning process of newcomers.

ORGANIZING AND HOSTING EVENTS ON BARRIER-FREE LIFE (FOR EMPLOYEES OF COMPANIES, ORGANIZATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS)
Round tables, educational training, and workshops for all employees of an institution, which works to provide barrier-free space for people with various forms of disabilities. A unique offer is developed for each company. Training courses will help gain practical knowledge and skills in the field of accessibility.

CRATING GRAPHIC AND TEXTUAL CONTENT WITHIN THE TOPIC OF BARRIER-FREE LIFE
The community organization “Center of Social Business” develops materials in various formats, taking into account the specifics of the Customer’s activities in the direction of accessibility. These can be leaflets with recommendations on the peculiarities of the organization of the workplace for people with different types of disabilities, presentations to employees about the peculiarities of communication with visitors with hearing or visual impairments. There is already a large knowledge base that is easily implemented to meet the needs of the Customer.
