The non-governmental organization Public Movement "Social Unity" is implementing a large-scale program: "Barrier Free Ukraine for the Deaf: Monitoring the Accessibility of Socially Important Infrastructure". The program aims to monitor socially important infrastructure to make it easy to find hospitals, banks, restaurants, pharmacies, organizations, and other places that are adapted to the needs of people with various forms of disabilities, without feeling any discomfort. The questionnaire will help you find out if the facilities are suitable for people with different types of disabilities.

There are just a few simple steps to sign up. Below we will talk about the filling process in more detail.
Step 1: Register a new user, enter your login and password, and log in.
Attention! On each page of the system, in the lower right corner, there is an icon of the "Ear" widget, when clicked, a person with a hearing impairment can make a video call to the contact center, where sign language interpreters will support the user's communication process. To make a call, the system user must provide their name, phone number, and email address (optional).
Step 2: After authorization, fill in the fields of the questionnaire, and allow the system to use your geolocation data. It will be used to display objects on the accessibility map.
Step 3: First, fill in the field "Name of the object where the inspection is conducted". This is the name of the facility/institution/establishment where the inspection is performed. First, the city is indicated, and then the name of the street, house, building, and room/office number is entered.
Step 4: Go to the object examination. The items of the questionnaire are united into groups that determine the type of territory/area of the premises to be inspected. Each group includes several features that ensure the inclusion of a particular category of people with disabilities. To enter in the questionnaire that a device is available on the object being tested, simply click on the check box, which refers to the selected item of the questionnaire and it will change its status from "No" to "Yes". Be sure to add a photo to each of the questions.
Step 5: When filling out the questionnaire, the user has the opportunity to interrupt the monitoring process at any time and save the entered data for revision at another (more convenient) time. To do this, use the yellow "Save Information" button. If all the data is filled in correctly and without errors, the finished questionnaire can be sent to the server for moderation. This is done by clicking on the green button "Submit Result".
