Even in wartime, the state does not stop working to improve and simplify communication between the state and Ukrainians. In the mobile application "Diia" (Action) you can get a document of an internally displaced person and receive the appropriate payments. You can notify the armed forces of Ukraine, where the enemy is. You can donate the army. You can file a claim for damaged property in case of intrusion.
For instance, the Ukrainian digital services experience for free communication of deaf and hard of hearing patients with medical staff with the participation of online sign language interpreters was noted by the UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine.
We have evolved and changed. Society has adapted to the needs of people with various forms of disability and accessibility has become our standard.
For civilized countries like Ukraine, human life is the highest value.
Even though our lives have already changed, after onset the peace in Ukraine our principles will be preserved and stay unchanged. Everyone, absolutely every Ukrainian, matters.
