Everyone has to apply for services to the Centers for Administrative Services at least once in their life. It provides services for registration of residence, registration, and issuance of passports, land relations, construction issues, and permits. Today, the Centers for Administrative Services have the largest number of administrative and social services.
This is where you have the opportunity:
-

-
receive state assistance for children raised in large families;
-
draw up a marriage certificate;
-
draw up documents on the death of a relative;
-
draw up a child's birth certificate, register their place of residence, submit documents for childbirth assistance;
-
obtain a certificate of ownership of housing;
-
apply for a subsidy and other financial assistance;
-
register your own company or register as a sole proprietor;
-
to issue the appointment of social assistance to an unemployed person.
As practice shows, it is extremely difficult, and sometimes impossible, for a Deaf or Hard of Hearing person receive services from the state without a sign language interpreter. For barrier-free communication of employees of municipal and state institutions with people with hearing impairments, the non-governmental organization Public Movement "Social Unity" in the framework of the project "Barrier free Ukraine for the Deaf: Monitoring the Accessibility of Socially Important Infrastructure" analyzes the accessibility of organizations and institutions for people with hearing impairments. Our team personally visits various organizations and finds out how employees communicate with people with hearing loss.
To ensure free communication and quality services for Deaf people, we recommend using tablets with specialized licensed software for online calls to a sign language interpreter in case a person with hearing loss applies to the institution. We create an inclusive space for people with various forms of disabilities.
The project is implemented with the support of the Fund for Social Protection of the Disabled, the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine.
Ukraine without barriers – to be!
