On April 19, 2023, the team of the Non-governmental Organization Public Movement "Social Unity" addressed a letter to the Chairman of the Board of JSC "Oschadbank" Serhii Naumov, in which he requested:
- Conduct an audit of the existing level of accessibility of premises, information, services and web resources of JSC "Oschadbank" for people with hearing impairment for possible discrimination of people with hearing impairment.
- In the case of self-detection of signs of discrimination against people with hearing impairments, information, communication and other "barriers" in the premises, information, services and web resources of JSC "Oschadbank" for people with hearing impairments, develop a plan to eliminate them.
- Take effective and efficient measures to adapt the premises, information, services and web resources of JSC "Oschadbank" to the needs of people with hearing impairments and eliminate discrimination of people with hearing impairments.
- Provide information on the measures adopted by JSC "Oschadbank" to eliminate discrimination against people with hearing impairments, adaptation of branch premises, services, JSC "Oschadbank" website for the needs of people with hearing disabilities.
We received a response to our appeal, which is presented below.

In response to appeal No. 19/04-23 dated April 19, 2023, we inform you that during the project works to bring the bank's premises to the requirements of DBN B 2.2- 40:2018 "Inclusiveness of buildings and structures" measures are being developed to ensure the information accessibility of the bank's premises for people with hearing impairment. These measures will be implemented during the construction works.
We understand the importance of providing accessible information to our customers with different needs, including the hearing impaired. We would like to point out that the importance of the inclusion of banking services is an extremely important component of the development of society and is more relevant than ever.
JSC "Oschadbank" attaches great importance to social responsibility and actively cooperates with various charitable organizations. In particular, cooperation with the NGO "Feel" is one of the important initiatives. Together with "Feel", we jointly develop and implement projects aimed at improving the quality of life of people with hearing impairment. This is how the project "Hear? Plus. Social responsibility, interests of clients and provision of equal access to financial services to all citizens are priority issues of Oschadbank JSC.
