Due to the introduction of martial law for 30 days starting from February 24, 2022, following the Decree of the President of Ukraine № 64/2022 "On martial law in Ukraine", and due to the need to urgently direct the activities of civil society institutions to the protection of the interests of the civilian population as a result of the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine,
I ORDER:
1. To add to the activities of the non-governmental organization Public Movement "Social Unity" the following:
- meeting the food needs of the civilian population during the time of martial law (purchasing food, including baby food, drinking water, and delivering it to certain destinations);
- providing the civilian population with clothing and footwear, basic necessities, hygiene products during the time of martial law (purchasing clothing, footwear, basic necessities, hygiene products, and delivering them to certain destinations);
- providing civilians with medical supplies during the time of martial law (purchasing medicines, immunobiological drugs (vaccines), medical devices and aids, medical equipment and delivering them to certain destinations);
-evacuation/transporting/relocation of civilians from the areas of fighting and dangerous areas to safe places, (therу is a need in payment for transport services, particularly, fuel and lubricants);
- providing humanitarian aid (payment for transportation of humanitarian goods, storage services, and other types of support on the territory of Ukraine);
- arranging the accommodation for citizens who left their places of residence/stay (to IDPs) due to the fighting;
- implementing other measures aimed at supporting the civilians during the time of martial law caused by the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
2. To pay special attention and adjust the implementation of certain areas of activities taking into account the needs of people with disabilities.
3. To assemble a general meeting of members of the Organization in order to add new areas of activities to the statutory documents of the Organization as soon as possible.
4. To control the execution of the order.
