On December 11, there was the annual award for services to the state from Serhii Nyzhnyi Kyiv School of Public Administration. "Statesman of the Year" is an honorary title for people who have contributed to strengthening the state. Of the nearly 200 applicants, our colleague Anton Gulidin, the secretary of the non-governmental organization "Public Movement Social Unity", also received an award. Anton Herashchenko, Adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs, compared the award "Statesman of the Year" with Ukrainian Oscar.
The jury included politicians, well-known journalists, and managers: former MP Ihor Popov, Head of the international department of Kyiv School of Public Administration Piotr Kulpa, member of the board of directors of the Canadian-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce Ihor Liski, editor-in-chief of GORDON Olesia Batsman, founder, and editor-in-chief of Espresso TV channel Vadym Denysenko, Head of the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service Natalia Aliushina and Deputy Executive Director of Ukraine at the International Monetary Fund Vladyslav Rashkovan. In the nomination "Best Humanitarian Initiative in the Public Sphere" the award was won by Anton Gulidin, a member of the Council of Barrier-Free, the Secretary of the NGO Public Movement "Social Unity" – for developing and integrating projects in government agencies that help people with special needs.
