The team of the NGO "Public movement "Social Unity" are proud of our partners from the Foxtrot electronics chain. Together, we implemented the innovative project "Barrier-Free Foxtrot", which won silver at the prestigious UCXE'2024 award, on June 14, in the nomination "Best Example of an Inclusive Approach".
This project has become a real achievement in the field of customer service for the hearing impaired. Thanks to the integration of an online sign language interpreter service, deaf visitors can now freely communicate with sales assistants in 20 Foxtrot stores and on the website.
For our organisation, whose mission is to promote equal opportunities for all, participation in such a project is incredibly important. We are pleased that Foxtrot responded to the initiative to make services more accessible to deaf people.
The UCXE'2024 award recognises the efforts of both organisations in breaking down barriers and creating a more inclusive society. We are proud to have been able to join this project and contribute to improving the quality of service for deaf customers.
