Dnipro is one of the most beautiful cities in our country, now even more comfortable and barrier-free for people with various forms of disability, in particular, deaf Ukrainians. With the support of the Dnipro City Council, people with hearing impairments, of which there are more than 1,000 in the city, can communicate freely and solve their daily problems by contacting the Department of Social Protection.
The next step will be the installation of software and hardware complexes in medical institutions in Dnipro city.
