As a buyer, use the Connect PRO or Connect QR service in the Foxtrot store

1. Move the customer service area or a store employee.  
2. Ask the store representative for a tablet to call an online sign language interpreter.
3. Wait for the translator to connect to the dialogue and communicate freely!

1. For your convenience, special QR codes have been installed in stores to quickly call a sign language interpreter. You can recognize them by the presence of pens that indicate "sign language". Go to the QR code sticker.   
2. Open the "Translator SL" application on your smartphone and scan the code. To do this, click on the "Scanner" button in the upper left corner of the application and point the camera at the QR code.  
3. Wait for the sign language interpreter to be connected in your own smartphone and communicate with the interpreter who, together with the Foxtrot consultant, will help you make the right choice and make a successful purchase. This service is free for you.

If you do not have the "Translator SL" application installed on your phone, download it and complete the quick registration. This application works on both Android and iOS smartphones.
