Tablet with specialized licensed software in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine
As part of the pilot project, the non-governmental organization handed over a tablet with specialized licensed software that allows Deaf and Hard of Hearing people to communicate freely with employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. The department of Consular Service has installed a device for use during the reception of citizens.

A web widget that allows people with hearing impairments to call a sign language interpreter via video link will be installed on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. With its help Deaf and Hard of Hearing people can call the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine from any electronic device and at any time, receiving assistance in clear sign language.
