In a number of stores of the network and on the website Foxtrot.ua, a complex of modern services for serving visitors with hearing impairment is connected. For this, specialized license solutions - Connect PRO, Connect Web and Connect QR, have been implemented to call an online sign language interpreter both on the store website and directly in the sales hall.
Deaf visitors can receive professional advice in a way that is understandable to them, ask additional questions about the selected product and make a comfortable purchase in a store or on the website without communication and psychological barriers, because a sign language interpreter joins the dialogue and provides translation in real time.
The Barrier-free Foxtrot project is implemented with the aim of strengthening the principles of barrier-free accessibility as part of the company's business processes and within the framework of the memorandum of cooperation with the Non-governmental Organization Public Movement "Social Unity".
