We are pleased to announce that Master Zoo has become barrier-free for deaf people! MasterZoo is one of the leading pet stores in Ukraine. For over 15 years, MasterZoo has been taking care of the health and comfort of pets.
Previously, it was an obstacle for deaf people to buy pet products in a timely and quick manner, to ask about pet care, to ask about the benefits of different brands (more than 120 on the website). Everything has changed!
The company's website has a new widget called "Vuchko" (Ear). People with hearing impairments can now engage a sign language interpreter in a dialog for free, get a full consultation, place an order, deliver or return goods on the Master Zoo website without any barriers.
Instructions for using the widget:
- Go to the website MasterZoo.
- Find the "Vushko" (Ear) icon in the upper right corner of the screen (next to search bar).
- Click on the "Vushko" icon.
- On the page that opens, click on the "Vushko" widget in the lower right corner.
- Fill out a simple form: "Last name, first name, patronymic" and "Phone number".
- Click "Continue".
- Enter the code – the numbers that the interpreter shows in sign language.
- Expect to connect a sign language interpreter who will help you with your question right on the site: make a phone call on your behalf, have a dialog with a store consultant.
