We would like to remind of working the "eDopomoga" (eHelp) platform. Let us introduce some important innovations.
Previously, the "eDopomoga" portal had the function "Receive and provide volunteer assistance". You could leave a request for help, or join as a volunteer to support others.
Now 2 more fields are available on the platform:
- The first field is "Monetary assistance from the state". Clicking the button you can read detailed information on how to obtain the status of "Internally Displaced Person" and what opportunities it provides.
- The second field is "Payments from international organizations". Currently, the whole world is helping Ukrainians, so here you can request for payment of financial aid from international organizations to residents of Ukraine. If you have already filled an application, check its status.
The NGO Public movement "Social Unity" gladly joined the initiative as a software testing expert, and also to connect deaf Ukrainians with the Interpreter SL Center for solving the issues, establishing communication with the eDopomoga team and getting help with the application fill-out.
Remind you how it works:
- You need https://edopomoga.gov.ua/ to go.
- Choose for instance "Receiving and providing volunteer assistance."
- In the center of the page are 3 columns to see: "Help online", "Help hand-to-hand" and "Get help."
- Choose your option.
- For example, selecting "Get help" you need to register creating personal user account.
- After your user account is formed, you will be able to choose the kind of help you need.
How to apply for assistance.
- In the category field, select the required item: products, hygiene, medicines, children's goods, stationery, fuel, household items, clothing.
- Depending on selected category, you should select the "need" from the list and specify the number.
- To complete the New Order, you need to check the box "I agree with the rules of subscription for product", follow the link in this paragraph to read the rules. Then click "Submit application."
Congratulations! The application has been sent. You can view the application progress in the relevant fields: Waiting for help, Volunteer has got the applications, I got help.

Regarding applications for payment from international organizations via the social platform eDopomoga. There are three statuses:
- The first Status "Application accepted". This means that your application has been accepted and it is now in the list of applications successfully submitted to the Unified Information System of the Social Sphere of the Ministry of Social Policy. As soon as one of the international organizations applies for the payment of the category of citizens which you belong by social status and geographical feature, your data will be transferred for additional social support, and you will be informed directly.
- The second status. "Payment to your family members has already taken place from the UN World Food Program" or "Payment to your family members has already taken place from the Red Cross Society of Ukraine". This means that one of the members of your family specified in the application has already received a payment. If this or another organization decides to make further payments in the future, the information will be updated. Please note: information on completed payments is obtained from international organizations.
- The third status "Another Application of your family member is awaiting payment from the international organization RED ROSE CDS LIMITED" or "Another Application of your family member is awaiting payment from the international organization of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees" –statuses mean the person/persons are in the registers that have already been transferred to the international organization in the application submitted via the International eDopomoga platform.
Importantly! In case of "Application accepted" status, the applicant can withdraw the application and submit it again. This option can be useful if the wrong IBAN is specified, or it is not specified at all, as well as if other errors have been made or not all information has been entered.
