The team of the NGO "Social Unity" receives reports of discrimination against people with full or partial hearing loss among hearing people. Therefore, we consider it necessary to conduct a survey in the audience on the acceptable identification of people with hearing impairment in society.
Among the options we have chosen the following:
- deaf;
- deaf person;
- person with hearing impairment;
- hard of hearing;
- a person with a complete hearing loss;
- a person with partial hearing loss.
After some time, we will collect statistics in all our communication channels and inform hearing citizens about the correct positioning of a person with a hearing impairment in order to avoid any elements of discrimination in our country in the future. The growth of our country should concern all spheres, including social.
