Friends! We want to remind you about the project "eDopomoga"
The eDopomoga Platform was established by the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the United Nations Development Program in Ukraine.
The task of the project is to provide the urgent needs of citizens who has suffered or had to change their location affected by russian aggression.
The functionality of the eDopomoga platform allows:
- For those who need help, register and submit an application. Both individuals and legal entities can apply for help on the platform.
- For benefactors eDopomoga allows to get a list of applications for a particular region in the account and choose the date of implementation. The special contact center provides coordination support, send contact details personsin need to benefactors who can and want to help.
The eDopomoga Platform united the capabilities, resources and strengths of the country, business, NGOs, charitable foundations and volunteers to provide humanitarian aid for war victims, internally displaced persons and people from vulnerable categories.
The NGO Public movement "Social Unity" gladly joined the initiative as a software testing expert, and has also promoted a specialized license widget, "Vushko", familiar to deaf and hard of hearing Ukrainians using sign language. Having a widget on the site allows deaf Ukrainians to connect with the Interpreter SL Center, which helps to solve the issues, establish communication with the eDopomoga team and get help in filling out the application.
We explain how it works:
- You need to go to the site https://edopomoga.gov.ua
- In the center of the page are 3 columns to see: "Help online", "Get help" and "Help hand-to-hand"
- Choose your option
- For example, selecting "Get help" you need to register to create a personal user account
- First, enter your phone number and click "continue"
Pay attention! Registration is available for both legal entities and individuals. Choose your option and complete the registration fields.
- For instance, we choose “Individual”.
- To create the "Individual" account complete the fields with information: Name, Region (where you are now), District, Select town, Street, House, Building, A
- Write a few words about yourself below, because people help people. The benefactor will be able to read your comment and respond to the request sooner.
- Also, in order to help, you need to confirm "Consent to the processing of personal data" and click "continue".
- Next passing the verification. SMS message with the code to fill in the field will be sent to the phone number you specified when registering, then click "continue".
- After your user account is formed, you will be able to choose what kind of help you need.
How to apply for assistance.
- In the category field, select the required item: transport, medicines, products, fuel, clothing, hygiene, household items, services.
- Depending on the selected category, you must select "need" from the list and specify the number.
Pay attention! You can select several categories, click "Add more" button below the first field.
- To complete the New Order, you need to check the box "I agree with the rules of subscription for product", you can read the rules by following the link in this paragraph. Then click "Submit application".
Congratulations! The application has been sent. The benefactors team of the portal tries to respond to requests as quickly as possible, but much depends on the availability of the necessary goods.
